Important Information 注意事項 

  • The entrance is located on the second floor, and there is no elevator. Please be careful when carrying suitcases or other luggage, as the staircase is narrow and somewhat steep.

  • During the warmer seasons, insects may enter the property.

  • The building faces a busy road, so you may hear noise from cars and motorcycles. If you are sensitive to noise, we provide earplugs for your comfort.

  • When large vehicles such as trucks or buses pass by, the building may shake slightly. This is due to the local ground conditions and is not a sign of structural instability, so please rest assured.

  • As this is an older building, the floors may have a slight slope, and there are some uneven areas. Please take care when moving around.

  • 玄関は2階にあり、エレベーターはありません。階段は狭く、少し急ですのでスーツケースなど運ぶ際はご注意ください。

  • 暖かい季節は虫が入ってくることもあります。

  • 交通量の多い道路に面しているため、車やバイクの音が聞こえます。音の気になる方は耳栓をご用意しておりますのでご使用ください。

  • トラックやバスなどの大型車が通ると建物が揺れることもありますが地域特有の地盤によるもので倒壊の恐れなどはございませんのでご安心ください。

  • 古い住宅のため、床が斜めになっていたり、段差があるところがありますのでご注意ください。
